It has been quite a whirlwind week for me here at Hong Kong. A week of orientation, touring, shopping and getting to know friends was really so much fun. Last Friday night, I guess fear and the sadness of being away from home, my family and friends gave me a reality check... I was actually here and would be gone for a while. Now though it seems that I have adjusted well and am enjoying myself... It's weird how things turn out :D

Aside from the fun and the busy week, I guess what's keeping me from updating this blog is that I feel this blog has so much into it connected back to home that I might suddenly miss people... :(

Today, class officially started. I had my cross-cultural and comparative management class. Argh, the workload is tough... an individual case study of 7 pages, 20 page group paper and report, interviews and a big 50% final test!!!! whoa! I really have to balance fun with studies starting from today. I probably will read my book before I go to sleep ;p

Tomorrow seems to be an exciting day. We have a whole day tour of Hong Kong Island, as the school is located in Kowloon Tong. Hmm, that's why I opted to stay in the dorms tonight rather than go out with Kaycee, Alex, Mariel and Rainer. If I get bored, Jacq hopefully is still awake and maybe we could just hang out until we get sleepy.

Hong Kong has been fun so far, and so are the new friends that I've got. It's nice though to talk to people again, like last night, Enrique and I talked over the ym phone call. It's so clear and cool cause you get to catch up on stuff - to add, its also free!

I think that's about if for tonight.
