Today was really nice. Despite the bad weather, I headed on this morning to meet Ninong Alex to get some stuff that my dad sent me. I went to Hong Kong Island, Central where his hotel was beside the IFC mall. The mall was really big and the sops were well expensive! whoa!!! It was nice just to get out though.

Going back to Kowloon Tong, I couldnt help notice a sign on a shop by the mtr stations saying SALE... so I guess it's not a big surprise what would happen next right? Yeah I bought a shirt haha! but it's a major improvement cause I only got one despite the temptation. :D I'm happy though with what I bought.

By lunch time, I met up with Pat for another round of dancing the whole afternoon. I was able to meet Queenie also, which is loads fun. She's Chinese but lives in NY. Funny! It seems that most people that I get really along well with are Chinese who just live in other countries haha :D Queenie, Pat and I danced for four hours! We just practiced the whole routine taught to us yesterday. Next week's the screening!!! Well, I have no hopes as to I don't really know how I dance? Yeah I get the steps but I duno if it looks right or something? Well it was fun though and I don't really am thinking about the screening. We've got classes on it every Tuesday nights so Tuesday is definitely one of the best days of the week since I've got baddy and dance! :D

We got a snack at the caf then headed to our dorms. I took a shower as Pat read his lessons and I researched stuff on the net too. For supper we trecked the heaving wind and rain to Festival Walk to get a bite at KFC. I swear, the egg tarts there are might delicious! Then we took a stroll at Esprit where Pat and I saw nice shirts that we are contemplating on coming back for next time. We also spent time looking at videos and songs at the music store there.

It's been just a simple day. No fancy sight seeing or lavish restaurant or crazy shopping but it has been one of the funnest days so far. I felt as if I was just back home spending time strolling around the mall with Gar and Ver, or just talking about stuff to Mat, or just hanging around doing something with Tj and eating food with Enrique. It's a nice feeling going back up to my room after a day like this. :D I thought it was gona be a long weekend, but it has been productive (workwise cause I did report on Sat) and truly such a happy time.

Thanks Pat and Queenie for today. I really did need the cheering up :D
